Named for Blessed Fra Angelico, patron saint of artists, the Guild’s mission is to enrich the faith and work of artists; to nurture a taste for Goodness, a longing for Truth, and a love of Beauty; to deepen the artist’s relationship with the Creator; to build networks of artists in friendships, collaborations and mentorships.
Midwinter Light Juried Exhibition

Submitted artwork does not need to be of a religious nature but should evidence elements of Goodness, Truth and Beauty; witness to the dignity of the human person; and attest to the reality of the spiritual life.The goal of this exhibition is to showcase fine art works produced by artists in the Greater Cincinnati Region, to introduce Catholic artists to each other and the wider community; and to bring Light in midwinter!
The focus of the jurying process will be on excellence in concept, technique and expression; work that will inspire and move the heart and mind toward God.
Juror Panel: This exhibition will be selected by Karen Placke and Pam Machenheimer.

The Angelico Catholic Arts Guild Inaugural Event – Mass for Artists! Inspiration Abounds!
A lively reception followed holy Mass and about 120 artists and friends left the evening full of hope and inspiration for their work and faith lives.
